Where can I check the status of my order?
A tracking number will be provided with each purchase allowing the buyer to track the shipment through the carrier's website.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
International sales will be delivered via the lowest cost carrier available for shipping at the time of the sale. Shipping and delivery depends on the carrier and their service to the country of residence.
Will I need to sign for my package upon delivery?
All purchases exceeding $100 will need to be signed for by the buyer to confirm delivery. Each piece is one-of-a-kind and is not replaceable.
Can I pick up the work in person?
Local pick up can be arranged at the time of purchase. A Harleysville, PA address will be provided for pickup as well as available pickup times.
Will I have to pay anything for my return?
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. To request a return email me through the website. All return costs are paid for by the purchaser.
Can I return a work or cancel my order?
Orders can be canceled within 1 business day. Orders cannot be canceled once shipped.

Items must be returned in the condition they were received and packaged to withstand return shipping. Purchasers are responsible for the cost of the return and items damaged during return shipping.
